As America’s largest food bank in distribution, it leads the charge in hunger relief across 18 southeast Texas counties. Since its establishment in 1982, the Houston Food Bank has been a beacon of hope for countless individuals and families facing food insecurity. Houston Food Bank is a certified member of Feeding America, the nation’s food bank network, with a four-star rating from Charity Navigator. We distribute fresh produce, meat and nonperishables and prepare nutritious hot meals for kids in our state-of-the-art Keegan Kitchen. Lufthansa Cargo has no fixed project, but we are assigned tasks where help is needed, ensuring the fulfillment of the organization’s mission.
